Sr. Account Manager
Cement Marketing’s Sr. Account Manager is the all important liaison between the client and our creative, strategic, design and development teams. You are the gatekeeper for you assigned accounts, responsible for relaying your client’s goals to the creative team and then seeing them to fruition. You will also be responsible for growing your client accounts and ensuring your clients are receiving all promised deliverables, on time and on budget.
Responsibilities:
- Execution of strategy conceived by strategy and creative teams
- Ensure all client deadlines are met on time and on budget
- Communicate on a daily or weekly basis with clients to bring deliverables to fruition
- Approve daily deliverables from strategy and creative (content and design) teams; this includes copy editing blog posts/ content and proofing designs for typos/style and ensuring client direction is met
- Assign tasks to strategy, design and content team using Asana project management tool
- Providing your team with everything they need to execute on deliverables
- Follow through to ensure tasks and deliverables are on schedule
- Primary contact for client on assigned projects
- Communicate with creative team and project manager to produce projects on time and on budget
- Flexible (team player), adapt accordingly in a fast paced environment
- Reports directly to Account Director, supports Account Director in meeting strategic client needs
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of account management experience at an advertising or marketing firm
- Track record of building strong client relationships; proven experience of executing projects on time and on budget
- Fluency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint required
- Excellent communication skills: verbal and written
- WordPress fluency a plus
- Comfortable presenting in front of small and large audiences
Salary: Commensurate with experience
