Cement Marketing, a Columbus-based digital marketing firm, is hiring a senior digital strategist and account manager. The winning candidate will be an integral player on our small but quickly growing team. We are the real deal. Do not apply for this position unless you have the digital chops to lead your accounts and your team with extraordinary strategy and project management skills.
You must be able to:
- lead digital strategy on your accounts, bringing your client goals to life and earning them direct and measurable results through content marketing (search, social, email, blogging, website re-designs).
You must have:
5-7 years of experience in digital strategy and digital project management. Requirements for this position include experience in:
- leading and managing at least three website design and dev projects through from start to launch
- UX, wireframe and architecture planning
- search engine optimization and search engine marketing experience, must have lead and/or managed actual SEO or SEM campaigns, ideally in alignment with the launch of the above websites
- excellent client and account management (provide references from former or current clients)
- proposal and report writing (bring examples of these to your first interview)
- team management
Bonus points for:
- social marketing strategy and execution experience
You must be:
- a constructive and productive team player (Cement is no place for the sensitive types)
- an excellent listener and professional communicator
- dedicated to growing your career in digital marketing and a passion for bringing your client’s goals to life
- able to creating content and digital marketing strategies for new clients based off of digital audits your team conducts, or creating ongoing content strategies for existing clients
- able to present these great, awesome ideas to our clients and winning them over and their business
- able to serve as thought leader for our clients, guiding them in defining needs and potential solutions
Qualifications and in depth proficiencies required in:
- WordPress
- Google Analytics
- Keynote or PowerPoint
- InDesign a plus, but not required
