Project Manager
You are a people person, but you also crave productive environments and are driven by deadlines and that awesome feeling when you meet them. You hold yourself accountable and the people around you. In fact, you were probably the person on the college team who ended up doing everyone else’s work; or if you weren’t doing all of the work, you were organizing your team and making it happen. Rather than pointing fingers or laying blame when things go ary, you are a problem solver, always curious and at the ready to keep things moving along as planned and on schedule. But as much as you like controlling your environment, you don’t lose your cool when things don’t go exactly as planned. You are flexible and can adapt quickly to a change of plans. Ideally, you also have experience as a project manager at an advertising agency or in an agency environment.

Responsibilities:
- Report directly to Sr. Account Managers and Account Director
- Create project timelines
- See that project deliverables are executed by team members
- Communicate project updates to Sr. Account Manager
- Work constructively with your team members to produce client’s desired results
- Meet deadlines of your own as you are also a member of the team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, journalism or related field
- Writing experience a plus
- WordPress experience a must
- Facebook page management a plus
- At least 2 years of experience in an office environment or professional customer service oriented setting and/or previous internship required
- Fluency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, PowerPoint required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous digital or traditional marketing experience a huge plus
Salary: $30,000-40,000 (depending on qualifying experience) annually with potential for raises and profit-sharing bonuses
Benefits: This position offers full health benefits: health, dental + vision plus three weeks of vacation per year.
